Cisterna D’Asti
Cisterna d’Asti is a small and characteristic Piedmont village, located on the top of a hill. From the village you can admire the entire valley situated below, set among hills with vineyards, woodland and cultivated fields.
The village has an ancient origin with the build walls around the small city. You can find the castle and the parish church.
The medieval castle dates back to the 11th or 12th century; the inside cistern gives the name to the town.
The Residence “Le Betulle” is located exactly in the hamlet of San Matteo.
